Her commitment to fitness has grown through years of training, participating in events, challenges and playing league-level local netball. Kerry is dedicated to helping people move better, build strength and feel more confident through personalised and supportive training, whilst also developing the right mindset and making sustainable lifestyle choices to support long-term health and performance.
